Tyrvanor is three sites: the game’s website, tyrvanor.com, the game itself, play.tyrvanor.com, and its wiki, wiki.tyrvanor.com. Together they make the “service”.
Publisher
The service is published by a private individual, on a non-professional basis. As article 1-1, II of the French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN) allows, they have chosen to remain anonymous: their identity has been given to the hosting provider, Cloudflare, which is bound by professional secrecy about it, except towards the courts.
Director of publication: the publisher.
Contact: contact@tyrvanor.com
Tyrvanor is free, without ads or purchases: the publisher earns nothing from it.
Hosting
The sites (the website, the game and the wiki) are hosted by:
Cloudflare, Inc.
101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, United States
www.cloudflare.com
The game servers (accounts, database and game rules) are hosted by:
Supabase Pte. Ltd.
65 Chulia Street, #38-02/03, OCBC Centre, Singapore 049513
supabase.com
The game servers’ data is stored in the European Union, in Ireland (the EU01 server runs in Amazon Web Services’ “eu-west-1” region).
Reporting content
Players choose names (lords, strongholds, Orders) and write in the chat. To report content you believe is illegal or breaks the terms of use, write to contact@tyrvanor.com, naming the server, the content, where it appears and why you believe it is illegal. Content that is clearly illegal is removed promptly.
Right of reply
Anyone named or referred to on the service may exercise their right of reply by writing to contact@tyrvanor.com. They may also send it to the hosting provider, which forwards it to the publisher.
Intellectual property
The game, its texts, code and presentation belong to the publisher. Third-party art, fonts and software are used under their licences, listed in the credits. The terms of use say what you may do with them.
Personal data
The privacy policy explains what data the service processes, why, and how to exercise your rights. The Your data page lets you download everything a server holds about your account, or delete the account.
